U.S. Stocks

Singapore Stock Exchange or SGX)
Singapore plays an indispensable role in the financial markets of the Asia pacific region. The operator of Singapore’s mainly stock market is Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX), a merger of two prestigious financial institutions, the Singapore Exchange (SES) and the Singapore International Financial Exchange (SIMEX). SGX is the first comprehensive joint-stock securities and financial derivatives Commodity Exchange, which implement a reform of stocks, in Asia-Pacific region. SGX became the first listed Stock Exchange in the Asia-Pacific region, which was through Public Offering and private placement. In the meantime, SGX provides trading services for different securities and derivatives categories of financial product. Singapore’s economy is highly rely on trading, and its strategic location in Asia, with its diversified international assets and earnings. Japan Stocks

Japan Exchange Group (JPX) was established via business combination between Tokyo Exchange Group (TSE Group) and Osaka securities Exchange (OSE) on January 1, 2013. TOPIX and NIKKEI 225 are major index as benchmark for investment in Japanese stocks. TOPIX included all the domestic common stocks listed on the TSE First Section, calculated by the type of free float adjusted market capitalization weighted and expressed units of base point. Nikkei 225 is a price weighted equity index, which consists of 225 stocks in the First section of the TSE. It expressed units of yen(¥).

China-B Shares

China B shares are also known as Special Renminbi-Denominated Shares, which are shares issued by companies registered in China and listed in Chinese local B market. There are two Chinese local B markets: the Shanghai B shares market and the Shenzhen B shares market. The B shares listed on the shanghai Stock Exchange are settled in US dollars, while the B shares listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange are settled in Hong Kong dollars. Starting from June 1, 2001, all legally-owned foreign currency deposits can be used to trade China B shares. Although the local mainland Chinese are allowed to trade China B shares using the legitimate foreign currency deposits, the trading participants of B Shares are still primarily foreign investors.
B shares are not settled in physical deliveries, they are booked paperless and settled electronically on the third
trading day after transaction date (T+3) and bounded with a 10% price fluctuation limit during market trading hours.
